I have pigmentation/scars on my skin from acne and I've mostly been using vitamin C serums to diminish that pigmentation. I wanted to switch my routine up a little bit and decided to try out this serum. My skin is more towards the oily side so this is not the best serum for daytime but I do like to use it in my night time routine - it's moisturising and doesn't have the drying side effect that most vitamin c based serums have and actually moisturises and hydrates skin. My pigmentation seems to be fading nicely, I just can't guarantee the whitening/brightening effect as I naturally have a very pale skin. My skin is acne prone and the serum didn't cause any breakouts.
