After I do some sports my skin gets very,very red and overheated. I have cuperose on my cheeks (brittle and delicate capillary skin), so I can't use any frozen or icy stinging devices like ice cube cushions, cryogels etc as the might worsen my skin condition. So I decided to try this cooler out :) It is amazing! I keep it in the fridge (not in the freezer!!) and apply it to the hot areas of my face once I need to cool them down. The cooling sensation is very mild and calming (you can press the cooler slightly to your skin and hold it close to it as long as you want without any stingy or numb sensation) It is made of metal and some interlayer inside it to prolong the cooling sensation :)
