I like trying new skincare products because I feel like every bottle is its own mini-adventure. I try to not YOLO with my skin too often, but I sometimes can’t help it when a new ingredient crosses my path. Noni Fruit recently made it on my radar.

THE FRUIT

The Noni fruit, or Morinda Citrifolia, is a fruit grown primarily in Southeast Asia and Australasia. The Noni Fruit is unfortunately known for its vomit-like scent and its bumpy green exterior that slightly resembles a naked caterpillar. So why would we want to use a fruit that smells like the sidewalk in New York City on a Saturday night? Easy answer: antioxidants.

The antioxidants in Noni Fruit help to curb free radical damage and are antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. According to BeBeautiful.In, Noni Fruit juice can also help to boost your immune system which keeps your whole body healthy in many ways.
