[ Customs Clearance ]

Import duties taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control. ( etc : even for free shipping promotion orders . ) 

Customs policies vary widely , please check with your country's customs office to determine.

[ Package Declaration ]

- Orders to ALBANIA, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom will be shipped with Actual Product Value.

  (Under valued shipments cannot enter due to enhanced customs clearance process) 

[ Customs Clearance Return / Refusal ]

We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues. 
- Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues , we are not responsible for informing this information .

So customers need to contact the local customs information office to check out .

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide any kind of documents requested by recipient's country , or other related issues, we will not be responsible for shipping cost refund (original shipping cost + return shipping cost ) .
Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; No control over these charges .

The original shipping cost is higher than the shipping cost announced by shipping policy .

[ No Shipping cost Refund for the customs problems ]

Customers are fully responsible for any of customs related issues .

- Customs Taxes, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee etc.

- Please note that original shipping cost & return shipping fee might be bigger than your original payment amount ,

in that case there would be no refund for the returned package.

*Notice regarding customs tax from the shipping company may or may not be sent to the recipient, so not getting a notice cannot be regarded as a reason to get a refund for the returned parcel .

Please keep following up with the tracking update and if customs clearance gets delayed, please contact local customs as soon as possible and claim the parcel.

*Standard shipping can be upgraded to Express shipping without notice due to the weight issue. 

If you prefer Standard shipping, please contact CS team directly right after placing your order.

*Due to shipping company weight limits , Standard shipping may ship out by several packages without notice. 

* All EMS packages to Chile will be declared as 28 USD / Standard packages will be declared as 5 USD .
