And thus we are now setting timeline for item exchanging (options only) and editing shipping address on the completed orders.

* Exchange request (options only) should be made within 24 HRS after completing the payment.

* Item exchange/partial cancellation is NOT available. Please cancel the entire order and place a new order for correct items.

* We are able to edit the shipping information or cancel orders as long as the order is not shipped out and the tracking number is not provided by the post office.
