What is the difference with TONYMOLY Easy Touch Eyeliner?

There's a inner cap and you need to remove inner cap to use.
Normally people throw out these inner cap.
But I tend to keep inner cap since gel eyeliner solidifies easily.
So I recommend you to keep the inner cap.

Applied on back of hand.
It is well applied and color is clear.
It's not stiff and can be layered softly.
Makeup beginners can use with ease.

Color does not run or erased much.

One shortcome is that it is hard to remove with remover.

As I tend to fill every part of eyeline, it was bit hard to remove.

But it can also mean it has good sustainability :)
