It is so cute. So I bought this.
Since the cute external appearance was sole reason I bought this, I was little worried with its quality as a pact.

There are smooth puff and big mirror:)
Powder and puff are separated by one clear cover.
But usually we throw the cover away for convenience.
So about hygienic aspect, it doesn't look so good.

I already finished base softly with stay up foundation.
But it gets better as I apply TONYMOLY Cats Wink clear pact on top of that.

I recommend this pact for people with oily skins.
TONYMOLY says it effectively covers small wrinkles.

It does cover small wrinkles.
But as time passes, I can see frequently moving wrinkles. That's inevitable.

However, base makeup did not collapse easily.
If you want radiating and smooth skin, just go get the Cats Wink clear pact :D
