REVIEW on CLIO Kill Cover Highest Wear Foundation.

Based on my experience, CLIO seems to be producing
products for professional makeup very well.

When I look for road shop cosmetic brands because
high end cosmetics are too expensive, I always choose CLIO after all.

But it always soon stops producing those good items for some reasons ^^

Simple and neat package.

I'm going to review 4 tones out of 6.

These foundations with different tones show
how people's skin tone differs.
Usually, brands launch #21 and #23.
But CLIO seems to be launching products for red skin and yellow skin :)

Pumping type.

From left,
Petal, Lingerie, Linen, and Ginger.

Colorful tones.
Petal is for pure skin tone. Similar with #11.
Lingerie is bright rose beige with bit of pink. Similar with #13.
Linen is pure beige color with bit of yellow in it. Similar with #21.
Ginger is mid tone beige color. Around #21~#23.

Actual colors differ a lot from explanation on webpage.
Differ a lot.
I think CLIO is not explaining these colors very well.

Petal is a beige color. Similar with #21.
Lingerie is #23 with bit of red in it.
Linen is for pure skin. Similar with #13.
Ginger has lots of yellow in it.

In summary,
Petal - #21
Lingerie - #21~#23 with bit of red
Linen - pure #13
Ginger - #23 with lots of yellow in it.

Ginger also seems like #23~#25.
Anyway, it's little darker than #23.

I applied Lingerie.

Tone brighter than #23 fits my skin tone.
Lingerie color looks great on my skin.

Compared to other existing foundations, cover's good.

Soft texture. Sturdy.
Didn't get sticky even though I hadn't applied powder after foundation.

1 shortcoming.
the pumping..
I pumped several times and still it didn't come out.
So I pulled the cap -_-

2 of 4 had this problem.
After a while, I got really angry and pulled out all the caps.

Anyway, product itself lasts quite long.
I am letting my students to use this product when they are going out on the field.

To be honest, this was my first time using this alone.
It is little hard(solid).

It might be little dry for people with dry skin.

Usually, I am using this by mixing with makeup base(with pearl in it).

Then it shimmers and spreads well on skin.

Thin application is possible.
Fixation is quick.
Darkening is not that serious after fixation.

Lasts longer than other existing foundations.
Lasts even longer on dry skin.

If you have oily skin, by just controlling oily touch,
you can enjoy long lasting base makeup :)

If you are looking for foundation with nice cover and light touch,
this is the one.
