Hi!! I'm starting my skincare routine, so I've not tried any products so far. I have combo dehydrated skin with redness in the cheeks and breakouts at my chin.
Is this essence suitable for my age (almost 25 y.o.)? I want to use it after the cleanser as a toner (wanna keep it simplest as possible).
