I use it on my whole face after toner and before PC BHA liquid during night time. It does not help with fading acne scars (use the snaily thingy of COSRX for that) but the pimples are getting smaller because of this. I do not think it smells that bad, just a slight medical and tea tree oil smell but it fades quickly.

COSRX is really best for acne prone skin types.
