From first use of this exfoliating soap from Some By Mi, I felt so much better in my skin! It's a nice option that doesn't necessitate a lot of scrubbing. Being quite sick and physically weak, I don't have the energy to scrub my whole body. I'm in bed most of the time, day and night. Taking a shower takes much energy, especially since being weak makes me slow. Some of my meds makes me sweat and my usual body soap was leaving residues of soap, sweat and old skin cells. I was feeling uncomfortable and itchy in the summer heat. This exfoliating soap is a great product for getting rid of all that in minutes. Once a week, I lather my whole body with the soap, wait a few minutes and then with a washcloth I rinse and lightly scrub to get all the gunk off my skin. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin (I usually avoid AHA), except being the ears a bit where I'm prone to eczema. I also use it sometimes on my face for a quick wash plus exfoliation. I trust this brand, the ingredients they use in their products are safe for my very sensitive skin prone to rosacea. The only downside is that when you use in the shower, the soap bar melts away fast under direct water. I find it better if I stop the shower while I lather my whole body and wait a few minutes, then I put it away to scrub with the washcloth under the water.
