This is a matte lip cream formula, in a tube package with a sponge tip, so you press the tube to dispense the tint. A little bit goes a long way and covers the entire lip! The formula is very pigmented and creamy, the color is build able, so it has a nice pay-off. I read on a blog you can even use this  as a blusher, bit I personally think the colors are a little bit too strong for the checks. This product reminds me of the Too Faces Melted lipsticks.
