This is a perfectly adequate toner without fragrance, alcohol or any other unnecessary or irritating ingredients. It's nice and smoothing, and as it's on a spray bottle, it works well as an in-between mist during a multi-step routine. Nothing revolutionary (well it's a toner, what can you expect?) but works perfectly well for what it's meant for. If you're looking for any benefits from the galactomyces ferment, I'd try the Cosrx Galactomyces 95 Essence instead, it's even better.
