I love love love this toner. I have couple toner in rotation but this toner I always need on my skincare shelf.

This toner really calm my skin. When my skin is so angry that is burns when I apply water or any product this toner is my only saver. Skin sucks this toner in a second and I can apply it few times before my skin feels normal and I can layer anything else without irritation.

I have some fancy mugwort product but when my skin is really bad my hand always reaches to this Green tea toner.
