Works best at night where it would sit there longer. An amazing product that has helped me handle my recent cystic acne breakout on my chin. Cuts down the healing process to days instead of weeks by sucking out all the bacteria deep inside the skin (as long as its an open wound) and keeps anymore from going inside. Will buy the 4 pack one next time.
