This toner is watery and very light. The packaging is nice and dispenses nicely. The liquid is clear and does not have much of a smell to it at all. It absorbs quickly and does not leave a tacky finish. I usually apply 2 layers, but dry skin people will probably need a lot more layers. I have combination/oil skin. It advertises that it has light exfoliating properties, however I have not noticed it on my skin. Not as hydrating as many other toners, but it does the job and layering will probably enhance both the hydrating and exfoliating aspects of this product.
