This is the first time I tried a splash mask. The experience is quite unique. This particular one is very potent, and the smell of minty tea tree is very strong. I like to use this in the shower and dumb half a cap-full into my hands, then gently pat it into my cheeks and forehead. I don't think pouring it in a sink full of water is a convenient method. I also made my own watered down solution by putting some of the product+water into a spray bottle. I think this method works well too. This mask has a high concentration of lactic acid, an AHA chemical exfoliant, so you'll find your skin to feel very smooth after 15-20 seconds of use. This can also be used on the body as well. Very multi-purpose. I LOVE it.
