Claims to be a dupe for a high end Japanese brand. Havent tried that one so cant comment.  Its moisturizing enough, does not notice any help with lines nor dark circles though.  But I have tried many eye creams (hi, med price points) and none have really delivered so for this one at least the price is right.  Its so big I thought wrong item was sent to me, its the size of a small toothpaste.  So for this price and the fact that it does a good hydrating job I am giving it four stars.  Will stick with it for a while till I am ready for my HG eye cream hunt.
