I use this cleanser on a daily basis. It is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. It has a tea tree scent to it so if you are not a fan of tea tree you may have to consider this. It doesn't dry out my skin after I cleanse it like it claims which is already a good enough reason to use it for me since I have dry skin. Overall I think this is fine as a daily cleanser.
