the packaging was leaky the moment i tore the plastic wrapper. BUT this is one of the best makeup remover / cleansers i've ever used. takes everything off including waterproof eye make up and mat lip stains like the sephora ones with ease. leaves skin lovely hydrated, no pulling or tight feeling. only wish the texture of the oil was a bit thicker.
in a nutshell can't go wrong with this product, especially for such a bargain price!
