I've been using this in place of my shampoo once or twice a week. I don't suffer from dandruff but I've noticed my hair has been thinning. I haven't seen any difference in hair growth yet but I like how clean and fresh my hair feels after using this. I also have greasy roots and normal ends so It keeps my roots from getting greasy when I use it.
