It really cleanses all the dirt from my face thoroughly but gently.

I don't wear make-up so I can't tell how it works with removing make-up, but I am happy with how it removes my sunscreen. After using, my face doesn't feel dry or somehow tighten at all.

I love that it comes in a bottle with pump and 300ml is more than enough for me. Also, on the package you have an "original checking number" or na QR code, where you can find on their website when it was made (if it isn't expired) and that it is truly a valid and true product.
