Comes with a clear mini scooper. It does smell like wine so the hint of alcohol threw me off a little but i got use to it after two or three uses. A little goes a long way. Noticed a remarkable diffrence the next morning my skin felt very soft especially my cheeks and i have slightly oily skin but did not wake up oily or shiny. After a few uses i notice less of a difference but it is nice to use as a luxury.
