This is a good blotting paper, but its not going to make a miracle happen. My chin would get oily mid day and my make up would slide right off. These blotting papers would help delay that by a few hours but eventually I would have wiped most of the make up away. What really made a difference for me was Innisfree NO-sebum mineral powder. I suggest trying that out if you struggle with oiliness.
