After trying the recently launched serums by the brand I had to try this. The essence has a watery texture and a deep brown-amber colour. It only has a faint smell of gingeng. The watery texture is perfect for my combo / oily skin as it glides onto my skin smoothly and easily (dry skin types may have to add extra layers). My skin feels and looks smoother, more toned and brighter after using the product.  I think this is a go-to toner / essence for maturing skin (30 or older just like me) or people who want to start using anti-aging products without splurging on luxury or expensive brands.
