Buyers beware - Intl Shipping didn't arrive and no response from customer service.

Waited a month and never received the package - there was a shipping exception 2 weeks ago and it magically got resolved and labelled as "Shipped" even though the last location was at an Airport 7 hrs away from me. 

Contacted the customer service via email and website and received no response whatsoever. 


This will be my first and last time order from JOLSE!!!
