Decided to try this after finishing the green tea toner from the same brand. I have dry skin so I love the hydrating toners. It makes a big difference in my entire skin care routine. 

I like this toner. It is a more thicker formula, like an essence. Can be applied in couple layers when extra hydration is needed. My only problem with this is that it take a little while to absorb. I apply it on damp skin after cleansing and I would brush my teeth while it absorbs. Other than that great hydrating toner. Nice on the body as well. For dry skin better than the green tea one.
