It is definitely nourishing to the skin, my skin looks and feels less irritated after using this toner. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a tacky feeling unlike other milky type toners. Personally I have not noticed a reduction in my wrinkles like my crows feet but if you have lines due to dehydration this will probably help, it does give a slight plumping effect where my skin looks less sallow.
