Just received it so only a first impressions review. Has a cooling feeling when tapping on to skin. Dries to a matt finish, not super hydrating but didn't feel dry and tight, (I have dry sensitive skin) have a good moisturising base if you have dry skin.  Light to medium coverage with a very mild scent nothing perfumed or heavy.

I got this in 301, I use Clio Kill Cover Glow cushion in 04 ginger and the shade is kinda similar in tone range.  It's lighter in shade than Missha Glow Tension no 23, and darker than Laneige Neo Glow no.23 (Neo is the lightest shade of the cushions mentioned). The case is so pretty too.
