I use this on very stubborn pimples and this helps heal them faster / help them come to a head faster. It has a very strong tea-tree smell. I tried this as an all over face toner to try and prevent spots but it ended up causing closed comedones on my skin. However, it didn't cause any new red spots to appear. I would recommend this as the bottle is so large it will last forever as a spot treatment
