Did you know that? Because I didn't ))
I was quite surprised when I swatched it. Surprised and concerned with its spreadability.
I have shade VL02 (no shimmer) to compare it to and I have to say -- BE01 does not spread as easily. That pesky shimmer tends to stick where you first laid it. Oh and don't even try to use a sponge with it, because the sponge will eat up the color and seal the shimmer in place. I use my fingers or a brush to spread it and that way it works fine, but I would recommend practicing on your hand first.
Now for the color. Ehm... I don't know why I thought it was going to be a terra-cotta shade. It's not quite that. I can't quite describe it, but it's more peachy/pink that you might imagine. More lively than muted, especially when layered. But it's also one of those shades that harmonizes with the skin well. It doesn't just sit on top like "hey look at me, I am BLUSH" ))) It melts into your cheek looking like it's your natural complexion.
Overall, I'm pleased with this shade as well. I could do without the shimmer (it doesn't add much anyway), but I'll certainly keep on using it anyway thanks to the unique shade.
