This toner literally feels like water, it does not have the sticky or tacky feeling some toner have. I bought this with the Dokdo lotion as well. So far I have been liking using the 2 together. I have dry and sensitive skin and so far it has been moisturizer and calming for my skin. However, I do need to layer another moisturizer on top on days where my skin needs extra hydration. This is a great toner for the summer day to layer with a light moisturizer since it absorbs into the skin very quickly
