This really does what it says on the box! It lifts my blackheads from my nose and makes them much much easier to remove. For me, my blackheads are super stubborn so it didn't work as well as I wanted it to, but I think with repeated use, it will work better. My nose didn't feel irritated at all and I had some broken skin on my nose before using this. There was a slight cool sensation, but it was really pleasant. Overall I am excited to use this product again because it does work well. It also came with cotton buds which I wasn't expecting but it was a nice surprise.
