This is not my first tube. I decided to buy it because it's gentle. It smells slightly citrusy. This moisture gel might be not enough, if you have really dry skin or during cold weather. I still need moisture cream since I use tretinoin now. After a month of usage, I can't see any big chances. It helps brighten the Post-inflamatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) but it is no miracle gel. You have to be patient. I use this gel together with Yuja Niacin sleeping mask.
