I've used several brands of patches and I like the Cosrx best because it is the gentlest, while still being effective.

These work best at night/after cleansing, and preferably perforating the whitehead (to make the extraction easier/complete). Don't put any product around the pimple or the patch won't stay. When applied to clean, dry skin, I've had no trouble with it coming off at night even though I sleep on my face (o__o;). I've also never had trouble removing the patch in the morning, unlike some cheaper, medicated brands.

Highly recommended. If you are a picker, this is a must in your life - save yourself some hyperpigmentation and get the bulk package!
