First thing first, you do not need the amount written on the package. Because of that, it makes it pretty hard to adjust the recipe to a reasonable amount of mixture. The product has a nice mint scent, and will give a cold tingly feel to the skin when you apply it. It is extremely messy when you remove it, as it doesn't come off in one piece. I could see a tiny improvement after the first use.
