I love this product's packaging—it's so cute! The product twists up like a balm and the cap snaps on pretty securely, so I can just toss it in my bag without worry. The product has a fresh scent to it and doesn't feel sticky after application. I don't really notice that it doesn't anything for my eyes in terms of reducing dark circles, but I like the cooling sensation when I put it on—it feels really good on tired eyes and is a nice pick-me-up.
