This is a perfect makeup powder as far as I'm concerned! Compared to Innisfree's version, the SAEM's one is more cosmetically elegant (more finely milled, meaning more "blur effect" on your skin when applied) and not heavily fragranced, meaning unlike Innisfree this didn't break my skin out. I don't need to blot my skin almost at all with this powder, it's so mattifying and long-lasting.
Thanks to the many holes in the plastic (see image) the powder doesn't often get stuck inside. Applied with the puff can leave a slightly whitish cast that goes away with setting spray, but also works well and without the cast when applied with a powder brush.
I've also used this as a dry shampoo as the description recommends, and it works perfectly, much better than actual dry shampoos I've used - it must be how fine the powder is, but it doesn't leave a sticky feeling or a white residue in the hair at all! The compact size, lack of aerosol packaging and how fast it can be applied on hair (no need to keep on brushing your hair to get rid of residue) make this particularly handy for travelling. Even if it wasn't the best makeup powder I've found, which it is, I would still probably keep on repurchasing for how well it works on hair.
