I use it 2 times a week in the shower, I leave it on for about 10 mins before washing it off. I only happened to notice to some effect after immediately washing it off but do not feel a huge difference.

Pros:

- Feels nice on the skin

- Pleasant smell [I'd say it smells something along the lines of coca-cola]

Cons:

- Hard to scoop(?) out [There is no spatula provided so it's hard to scoop out]

- No major effect

Probably will not be purchasing the product again.
