I have been using this Cream for three days, therefore I can't say anything of the long term benefits But it has no fragrance and it didn't break me Out, which is already a huge plus for me. It is of Gel like consistency and you have to be careful to Not use to much.  After it's use my skin doesn't feel that refreshed or anything like it but my skin absorbs it fast and it doesn't feel to dry afterwards or the rest of the day.  I normaly use it in the day time due to it's light texture and my sunscreen use as my last step. I at least would recommend it for the day Time preferable sspring & summer
