I would give this 6 out of 5 stars if I could. This heavy-duty moisturizer saved my skin barrier a few years ago, and I have repurchased it over and over ever since. Highly recommend, and it is so worth the hype!

How to open it (because I was hella confused the first time too):

1. Open the flip cap and twist the main cap counter-clockwise

2. Squeeze tube to use product

3. Twist the cap clockwise to close

Pros:

• Highly moisturizing (i.e. enough for cold and dry Canadian winters)
• Clean and minimal ingredients list
• Scent-free
• Spreadable consistency that isn't overly thick
• Cool twist-open packaging that is hygienic

Cons:

• Packaging is confusing for new users / hard to get product out near the end
• Can be too heavy during Summer months
