I seriously can't believe this eye pencil is so cheap! The product is so creamy and smooth, it's super easy to use. While it isn't waterproof, it doesn't smudge as long as you don't rub it a lot. I bought this in #2 Dark Brown, it's just a bit too light for me, but it's not that noticeable as long as I don't draw on any areas with no hairs. I might purchase #1 as well so I can mix them together.
