I had told myself that I won't purchase toners anymore, because for me they are not always necessary and not enough hydrating for my skin, but couldn't resist buying this one and now I see why it's so hyped. So watery, yet so hydrating! It makes my skin plump and glowy, something I did not expect at all during such cold weather. I really like it! Another great product from COSRX!
