I was so excited to try this product. I’ve been looking forward to trying the dual essence and especially the snail mucin. Unfortunately, the dual pump isn’t working and only the milky white liquid is coming out. I read online it’s the snail mucin so at least I got to try that. I will try to refund or replace.
