I have acne prone, sensitive combo skin and this cream did not break me out or irritate my skin. It's a thick cream that gets absorbed into the skin quickly, compared to other thick creams that just sit on top of the skin. It doesn't make me look more oily than I already am, since my t-zone area gets oily. 


I love this cream, it keeps my skin moisturized, especially during the colder seasons!
