It's literally a giant cotton swab soaked in AHA and BHA. It definitely exfoliates your skin. If you have any dead skin hanging around your face using this swab will make that dead skin slough off pretty quickly. If I want to get more exfoliation I swipe the swab over my skin two times at most. Any more repetitions would be too much for my skin. Since my skin is sensitive to exfoliation, I use this at most 1.5 weeks spaced apart. I used to use this once a week and I probably overexfoliated. I don't think this caused any acne, but I'm not really sure. I think if you have stronger skin than me this would be a very good product for you.

Basically, it was a decent product but ?????????? (Maybe I should stop trying exfoliating products orz)
