This is a nice midweight propolis cream.  I don't think that it's gel-like (like it's written in the product description).  When used alone on my skin, it's not tacky at all.  However, the cream does feel a bit tacky and takes more time to absorb fully into my face if I layer it over other skin care products such as other propolis serums and essences.  It does glide and smooth over the skin like silk so the texture is very nice but not very breathable.  Maybe this is because I've got combination skin so it's probably best that I only use it during the winter months (because the stickiness would be tolerable especially at night).  Will have to try using it over the summer and see how it layers over other products.  I do appreciate it that the cream has got over 60% propolis but whether I repurchase will depends on how it performs during a more humid warm climate.
