This is a really good, no-frills toner. It's not irritating, and does its job well, which is to provide some moisture to the skin before applying actives/a heavier moisturizer. Highly recommended for people with normal to oily skin, and to those with sensitive skin.

I wouldn't recommend it to people with very dry skin as it's not very moisturizing. I recommend something with a more viscous consistency that this toner for those who have dry skin.
