I picked #17 since my skin is very light. Still a bit dark to my skin tone but it's ok since it's summer I should waited for the 13 my undertone is pink so with the 17 I get a bit of yellow tone which is ok its summer. My skin is very dry too, but this cushion can handle that :P which is awesome, I've used a couple times, and I got compliments when I use it which is awesome <3 specially when they say "porcelain skin". It's not sticky, it last long, just had to retouch once in the whole day which is awesome, cover is very good, and it gives that perfect glow to the skin. I've both Hera ultra moist and this one, they are at the same level. This is another cushion to re-buy the refills :D but next time #13 xD
