This cushion foundation only comes in #21 or #23, and I'm kinda in between. It is a decent foundation for the price. It has good coverage that is buildable, and feels comfortable on the skin. However, I don't think it's very long lasting on my combination skin without primer and setting powder. The shade range is very limited and my friends are darker than #23.
